Uncountable (short-term) connection A customer who wants to consume electricity without metering with an individual meter for temporary predetermined needs (electronic welding, polishing, etc.) by mutual agreement with the company, writes an application for temporary (short-term) connections. Temporary connection to the network without metering with an individual meter is possible only in the following cases: The power to be connected at 220 V voltage (so-called "phase-zero") does not exceed 10 kW, at 380 V voltage (so-called "3-phase") the power to be connected does not exceed 30 kW, the application must indicate the connection place, subscriber number (if it is already recorded as a subscriber) exact name of the subscriber, Personal number/identification code, actual and legal address, list of electrical appliances to be used with their characteristics (power, voltage, etc.), number of working days and hours when consumption is planned. The system operator will consider the application of the uncountable (short-term) connection applicant within 10 working days and make a decision to satisfy the request. The applicant must carry out the works himself (at his own expense) and inform the system operator about it, who in turn ensures connection to the network. Basis: Article 24, Clause 17 of Article 24, Clause 17 of the Resolution #19 of the National Regulatory Commission of Energy and Water Supply of Georgia - "The person wishing to connect and the system operator are entitled to agree on the method of connection, use and billing of the device to the distribution network without individual accounting. If it is not possible to determine the amount of consumed electricity and the agreement of the parties does not provide for another condition, the consumed electricity must be determined by the product of the installed capacity of the equipment(s) at the facility, their load factor of 0.5 and 8-hour use". Billing by mutually agreed method without individual accounting of consumed electricity is one-time and should not exceed one calendar month. Appendix:
