One existing customer ("smart" meter)

A customer who is already connected to the distribution network and consumes electricity can request the installation of a "smart" meter. If you want to adjust one existing customer's metering node ("smart" meter arrangement or move a temporary low-voltage meter to the high-voltage side), it is mandatory to register on JSC "Telasi" website http://my.telasi.ge/ . Click on the "Service" window and select "Subscribe" in the drop-down box. And after opening the latter, you will select "Entering the network and setting up a metering node", and then you will select the field "One existing user ("smart" meter)" where you will see the fee for this service, the terms of connection and the application form approved by Semek, which All fields are mandatory. Please attach the necessary documentation and the payment order confirming the payment of the joining fee to the fully filled application. After that, you will be given the opportunity to send the mentioned application to Telas JSC and your application will be accepted for processing. The terms and fees for the installation of the "smart" meter are given in Annex #3 of Semek's Resolution N19 of June 28, 2021. And the form of the application for this connection is: "About the arrangement of the metering node" (about the arrangement of a "smart" meter or the transfer of a temporary low-voltage meter to the high-voltage side).

Terms and fees for setting up the accounting node

List of multifunction electronic meters:

  1. CE308 S34.746.OG.QYUVLFZ GS01 - 5(100) A, 3x230/400V, 50Hz, three-phase electronic meter, accuracy class 1.
  2. CE208 S7.846.2.OG.QYUVFLZ GS01 - 5(100) A, 3x230V, 50Hz, single-phase electronic meter, accuracy class 1.

The meters are included in the register of types of measuring instruments legalized in Georgia, certificate No. 005-16-TR, 23.05.2016. and certificate No. 009-16-TR, 10.10.2016
