Connection of a small electric station

A person wishing to connect a small power plant to the distribution network must apply to the system operator with a specified application, and the system operator, in accordance with the application, must prepare and issue an offer for connection to the distribution networks. Connection to the distribution network is carried out in two stages: 1) by the applicant submitting an application and relevant documentation to the system operator and 2) preparation, agreement and issuance of technical conditions by the system operator and successful completion of compliance testing. In case you want to implement the technical conditions for the connection of JSC "Telasi" small capacity power plant, it is mandatory to register on the website of JSC "Telasi" http://my.telasi.ge/. Click on the "Service" window and select "Subscribe" in the drop-down box and after opening the latter, you will select "Connection of a small power plant", and then you will select the field "Issue technical condition", where you will see the fee for this service, the terms of connection and the application form approved by Semek, all fields of which are mandatory. Please attach the necessary documentation and the payment order confirming the payment of the joining fee to the fully filled application. After that, you will be given the opportunity to send the mentioned application to Telas JSC and your application will be accepted for processing. Issuance of a technical condition for the connection of a small power plant is regulated by Chapter XVI1 of Semek Resolution N19 of June 28, 2021. And the application form for this connection is: "Requesting the connection of a small power plant to the distribution network".

According to the decision No. 8/11 of the National Energy and Water Supply Regulatory Commission of Georgia dated February 23, 2023:
