Social responsibility
A social partnership between the employer and the employees at JSC “Telasi” is carried out in the form of the Collective Agreement made between the Administration and the trade union committee of the employees of the Company. The Agreement is aimed to protect social and economic rights and interests of the employees, maintain a sufficient standard of living for them, and provide for efficient operation of the Company.
A special attention is given to advancement of activities focused on protection of life and health of the employees, and prevention of on-the-job injuries.
JSC "Telasi" has a personnel training system introduced to develop corporate and professional competencies of its employees.
The Company maintains the employees’ insurance, grants them the benefits for consumed electric power in the form of a salary supplement, recovers their transportation and service costs, and makes lump sum payments on account of their round anniversaries (50, 60 and 70 years) and subject to their period of service at the Company.
Moreover, since September 24, 2013, at JSC “Telasi” there is enacted the Regulation “On monthly payment of material assistance to pensioners, disabled persons and World War II veterans, and individuals of similar status, ranging from 30 to 90 laris (net of income tax), subject to their period of service at the Company”.
Charitable activity of JSC “Telasi” involves fulfillment of the most significant social projects that may yield benefit to a broad spectrum of society and draw public attention to a particular problem.
Charity events of the Company are held within the framework of validity of license of JSC “Telasi” – within the limits of the city of Tbilisi.

Within the scope of the charity events and social programs, JSC “Telasi” provides assistance to two charitable foundations of the Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia, Ilia II.
