Company

Pursuant to the Articles of Association of the Company, Director General shall exercise the authority of the individual executive body.

Director General administers day-to-day operations of the Company, executes daily management and exercise representative authority of the Company. The Supervisory Board concludes appropriate employment agreement with Director General, which individually specifies the limits of authority, rights and obligations of Director General. No duties of Director General may be transferred to the Supervisory Board.   

Under a decision of the Supervisory Board (Minutes #94, dated March 28, 2013), Sergey Kobtsev has been appointed to the position of Director General of the Company.
