
With the purpose of rendering improved services to the subscribers from December 2 of the current year, the Company “Telasi” switches off to the single telephone number – 277-99-99.
By means of the above number the subscriber may connect with any subdivision of the Company, dialing corresponding number, internal number of an employee or wait for the answer of an operator.
For connection with the internal number of an employee the subscriber must dial “1”, and further internal number.
Where the subscriber wishes to receive information on indebtedness, power interruption or registration as a new subscriber, he/she may connect with the Telasi Information Service dialing “2”.
Where the subscriber has information on theft of electric power or other violations on the part of “Telasi” employees, he/she must connect with the Company Hot Line, dialing “3”.
In any other case, the subscriber may wait for the operator who will connect him with the corresponding service of the Company Head Office or business centers.
The JSC “Telasi” is oriented at increasing transparency of the Company’s activities and ensuring maximal protection of the customers and employees interests. Work in this direction shall be continued in future as well.
